The build

These four perks work together as a anti-heal killer setup. Each slot has a job; together they form a closed loop.

Why it works

Plague's power naturally spreads sickness, and she can Corrupt Purge to instantly down healthy Survivors. Sloppy Butcher makes wounds bleed for 70/80/90 seconds and raises the rate partial healing progress is lost by +25% - paired with Vomit hits, Survivors stay injured for ages. Franklin's Demise forces dropped items to bleed their charges away over 150/120/90 seconds, with their auras visible to you within 32 metres; medkits and toolboxes become traps. Thanatophobia makes all action speeds (repair, heal, sabotage, search) slower based on the number of injured/dying/hooked Survivors. Corrupt Intervention opens the trial. The whole build forces Survivors to either purge sickness (giving Plague a free exposed-state one-shot) or stay broken and weak.

Patch notes

Targeted at patch 10.0.0 (released 16 June 2026). The Slasher (Jason Voorhees) and his three launch perks appear in this build. We refresh this page after every major balance patch - if a perk has been nerfed or buffed since 10.0.0, the "Why it works" section is the first place we update.
