These four perks work together as a heal survivor setup. Each slot has a job; together they form a closed loop.

Kindred

Whenever any Survivor is hooked, Kindred activates and applies the following effects:
The Aura of the Killer is revealed to all Survivors whenever the Killer comes within 8/12/16 metres of the Hook.
If you are the Hooked Survivor, the Auras of all Survivors are revealed to each other.
If you are not the Hooked Survivor, the Auras of all other Survivors are only revealed to you.

The Survivors you unhook benefit from the following effects:
Extends the duration of their Endurance Status Effect by 6/8/10 seconds.
Extends the duration of their Haste Status Effect by 10 seconds.

Extends the duration of their Endurance Status Effect by 6/8/10 seconds.
Extends the duration of their Haste Status Effect by 10 seconds.

We'll Make It

We'll Make It

After unhooking another Survivor, We'll Make It activates:
Increases your Altruistic Healing speed by +100% for 30/60/90 seconds.

Why it works

Kindred reveals the Killer's aura to all Survivors when one of you is on the hook, plus the auras of all other Survivors - the team can see each other and the Killer. Borrowed Time grants Endurance to the unhooked Survivor for 10 seconds, letting them take a hit without going down - it's the strongest anti-tunnel perk in the game. Shoulder the Burden (Taurie Cain) lets you swap hook stages with another Survivor who has the perk, burning a hook stage to save them. We'll Make It gives 100% healing speed for 90 seconds after an unhook. Together, you can keep your team alive almost indefinitely.
