When retrieving an Item from a Chest, there is a chance an Add-on will be attached to it:
100% chance for an Add-on of Very Rare Rarity or lower.
10/25/50 chance for a second Add-on of Uncommon Rarity or lower.

After performing the Unlocking or Rummaging action on Chests a total of 2 times, Moment of Glory activates:
When you become injured, you instantly suffer from the Broken Status Effect.
You are automatically healed 1 Health State after 80/70/60 seconds. This effect is cancelled prematurely if you enter the Dying State.

Plunderer's Instinct

Plunderer's Instinct

Increases the Odds of finding Items of higher Rarities in Chests by +50%.
The Auras of the following objects are revealed to you within 32/48/64 metres: Closed Chests located in the environment.
Items sitting inside opened Chests.
Items dropped in the environment.
Increases the chances of finding Items of higher Rarities in Chests by +50%.
The Auras of the following objects are revealed to you within 16/24/32 metres: Closed Chests located in the environment.

Why it works

Ace in the Hole (Ace Visconti) makes items found in chests start with an add-on attached, and they'll keep their add-on when you use them, even if you get hit. Moment of Glory (Trevor Belmont) makes the next chest you open spawn a lit candle that reveals the Killer's aura for 4/5/6 seconds - 30 seconds of aura reading! Appraisal (Elodie Rakoto) lets you search two chests at once, with the second one starting automatically. Plunderer's Instinct reveals the auras of chests within 8/12/16 meters. The result: you find a good item early, get a free add-on, and the team gets info from every chest you open.
