Our take
Finishing a Generator with at least one other Survivor gives everyone who repaired it a +5% Repair speed increase for 45/60/75 seconds. It has to be a shared finish, and a Generator you complete alone gives you nothing at all.
How to use it Take it for matches with reliable teammates, and ignore it when you repair alone. A solo completion never activates it, however fast you were.
Best for It stacks into the same objective plan as Prove Thyself and Brutal Strength, which keep you working on Generators together. The right pick is a team that genuinely co-repairs, since that is the only situation the perk covers.
