Our take
The last 2/3/4 Survivors you hit with a Basic or Special Attack suffer permanently from the Blindness Status Effect. It tracks by hit count rather than by target, so once a Survivor is in that last group nothing in the perk moves them out of it before the Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.
How to use it Take it if you will land enough hits over a full match. A long game spent hitting the same two people will not move the last 2/3/4 Survivors along.
Best for It is a Hex Ruin or Hex: Undying partner that removes the Aura reading a survivor build depends on. The right pick is any killer who can afford to commit the whole Hex to vision.
