Any Survivor being put into the Dying State makes every other Survivor inside your Terror Radius scream and reveal their location to you for 4/5/6 seconds. You cannot refuse it and there is no cooldown, but anyone outside the Terror Radius is unaffected, so the value scales with how crowded the scene is.
How to use it It pays off when downs happen in front of the rest of the team. Skip it for a spread out squad, because anyone outside the Terror Radius is untouched.
Best for It belongs beside Sprint Burst, Lithe and Windows of Opportunity, the perks survivors take when they expect to be the next one caught. The right pick is a killer whose downs land in front of the rest of the team.
