Our take
Getting yourself up or being healed both grant Endurance for 4/6/8 seconds, and that Endurance ends early the moment you do anything Conspicuous. While Cursed, the perk also lets you fully recover from the Dying State, and everything waits 30 seconds.
How to use it Both halves fire after a recovery, so this belongs to the player who goes down rather than the one rescuing. Use the Endurance for a vault or an unhook, not a loud action that cancels it.
Best for Iron Will and Decisive Strike belong to the same moment, the stretch after an unhook. Resilience and Mad Grit suit a loadout where being hurt is the starting point.
