Our take
Once per Trial you can completely recover from the Dying State, and your Recovery speed is increased by 25/30/35% while you do it. The single use is the whole cost, because after that rescue the perk has nothing left for the rest of the match.
How to use it One shot per Trial, so take it when a free pickup is worth more than a passive effect. It offers nothing the first time you are downed and does not replace planning around the hook.
Best for Decisive Strike, Dead Hard and Off The Record are the other three options in that slot, and Sprint Burst pairs well with a running build. One guaranteed recovery is worth more here than any passive bonus.
