Increases the Regression rate at which partial Healing Progression is lost because of Haemorrhage by +25%.

Why it works

Make Your Choice activates any time a Survivor unhooks someone within your terror radius; the unhooker is exposed and instantly dies on your next basic attack. Agitation lets you carry Survivors 6/12/18% faster and grunts less while doing so, so hook trips are quicker and quieter. Tinkerer triggers after breaking a generator-repairing Survivor: it gives you Undetectable for 8 seconds, letting you walk right up to another Survivor for a free hit. Sloppy Butcher makes healing 20% slower and causes healing Survivors to regress progress when interrupted. Together, every action is amplified - chases end in a hook faster, hooks become pickups that can't be safely interrupted, and healing becomes a slow, dangerous chore.
