The build

These four perks work together as a nurse killer setup. Each slot has a job; together they form a closed loop.

At the start of the Trial, the Auras of all Survivors are revealed to you for 7/8/9 seconds.
Extends the duration of all instances of a Survivor Aura being revealed to you by +2 seconds.

Extends the duration of all other Aura-reading effects by +2 seconds.

At the start of the Trial, 4 random Hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks:
The Auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.
You start the Trial with 4 Tokens on Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance.
Each time a Survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook for the first time, 1 Token is consumed and the following effects apply:
The Generator with the most Progression explodes and instantly regresses by 10/15/20 of its total Progression.
Normal Generator Regression applies afterwards.

Hex: Undying

The Auras of Survivors within 2/3/4 metres of any Dull Totem are revealed to you.
When another Perk's Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed, its Hex is transferred to the Hex: Undying Totem, including any accumulated Tokens, disabling Hex: Undying instead.
All effects of the Hex Perk persist until its Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

Why it works

Nurse's Blink lets her cross the map in seconds - Lethal Pursuer tells her exactly where Survivors are at the start. Barbecue & Chili reveals auras of Survivors far from the hook, letting her pick the next target instantly. Scourge Hook: Pain Regression adds slowdown for every hook on a Scourge Hook, and the Scourge Hooks spawn at the start of the trial. Hex: Undying protects a smaller hex or acts as a fifth slowdown. The build assumes the player can chain Blinks; without Nurse skill, it falls apart. With skill, the info + mobility combo makes Survivors constantly feel hunted.
