Lady Luck always seems to be throwing something good your way.
When retrieving an Item from a Chest, there is a chance an Add-on will be attached to it:
- 100% chance for an Add-on of Very Rare Rarity or lower.
- 10/25/50% chance for a second Add-on of Uncommon Rarity or lower.
Ace in the Hole allows you to keep any Add-ons your Item has equipped upon escaping.

Our take
Pulling an Item out of a Chest can hand you Add-ons, with a 100% chance of one at Very Rare Rarity or lower and a 10/25/50% shot at a second at Uncommon or lower. The catch is the payout only survives if you escape, and the second Add-on is far from certain.
How to use it Reroll it while you are still shopping chests, since nothing is lost by opening a bad one. Once the Exit Gates are powered, the Add-ons you are carrying become worth protecting.
Best for Appraisal and Moment of Glory are the natural pairing, since more Items from more Chests means more chances at an Add-on. Worth a slot when you can bank a Chest early and still escape with the contents.
