Our take

Step within 12 metres of a finished Generator and you carry a +5% Haste Status Effect, which sticks around for 1/3/5 seconds after you walk out of range. The number is small and the source is temporary, so it rewards hovering near done generators rather than anything you do with them.

How to use it Hard to justify unless your build is willing to loiter near a completed Generator, since that proximity is the whole trigger. The 1/3/5 second linger means running past gives you almost nothing.

Best for Prove Thyself and Brutal Strength are its partners, and a generator-focused build has room for all of them. It fits a Survivor who will sit on finished generators instead of rotating away from them.
