Our take
Every Survivor you hook drags down the rest of your team, applying Exhausted and Haemorrhage to all other injured Survivors for 20/25/30 seconds. It works entirely through the hook, so there is nothing to trigger on your own, and only injured teammates are caught by it.
How to use it Meant for a Killer who hooks in a rhythm and wants the escape window closed, since each hook re-applies the Exhausted. It does nothing to a healthy Survivor, so a team at full health is unaffected.
Best for Its partners are Lithe, Adrenaline, Sprint Burst and Vigil, which reads as a Survivor escape package. It fits a Killer who would rather remove a teammate's run than win the chase outright.
