Our take
Stunning the Killer with a Pallet upgrades the Rarity of your held Item to the next tier and recharges it by +25%, on a 40/35/30 second cool-down. The upgrade needs a Pallet stun specifically, so stopping them any other way does not count.
How to use it Take it when you plan to drop a Pallet on a chase. Hold it if you have nothing worth upgrading in your hands yet.
Best for Head On and Any Means Necessary are the natural pairing, with Blast Mine the third option. Exultation is the pick for a survivor who arrives at the fight holding something worth upgrading.
