All Survivors repairing a Generator suffer from the following afflictions:
- Incurs the Blindness and Exhausted Status Effects for the duration of the Repair action.
- If a Survivor was already suffering from Exhausted prior to Mindbreaker affecting them, the Status Effect's timer will be paused and not recover for the duration of the Repair action.
- Both Status Effects linger for another 3/4/5 seconds after a Survivor stops repairing.

Our take
All Survivors repairing a Generator suffer Blindness and Exhausted for the duration of the Repair action, and an existing Exhausted timer is paused rather than allowed to recover for that stretch. Both Status Effects linger for another 3/4/5 seconds after the repair stops, so stepping off the Generator does not clear you.
How to use it Take it against Survivors who would otherwise sit on a Generator. Expect the effects to outlast the repair action itself.
Best for Overcharge is the natural pairing, and both are aimed at the same Repair action. Fearmonger is the pick for a Killer who can hold a Survivor on a machine long enough for the Blindness to matter.
