Our take
Repairing Generators for a cumulative 50/45/40% activates Flashbang, and the Active Ability button while you are inside a Locker then crafts a Flash Grenade. It is a one-shot unlock, because the perk deactivates after that single use and will not craft a second.
How to use it Only take it if you are willing to bank repair progress before the first useful moment. A short match will leave the perk unspent and unusable.
Best for It belongs on a repair-heavy loadout next to Prove Thyself and Brutal Strength, which keep you at Generators. The right call is a match long enough for that 50/45/40% of repair to actually arrive.
