Bite the Bullet
I can do this. - Leon Scott Kennedy
Description
Pain hurts you as much as anyone, but you would prefer others do not know that.
When healing yourself or another Survivor, you benefit from the following effects:
- Suppresses all noises related to Healing and Grunts of Pain.
- Failed Healing Skill Checks do not trigger a Loud Noise Notification.
- Reduces the Penalty to 3/2/1 % of the total Progression.

Our take
Heal yourself or someone else and every Healing noise and grunt of pain is suppressed, plus a failed Skill Check no longer raises a Loud Noise Notification. Failed checks still cost you progress, just 3/2/1% of the total Progression rather than the full amount.
How to use it Strongest whenever a heal has to happen somewhere the Killer can hear, since the silence is the entire point. On a build that already heals out of view it is paying for a smaller penalty.
Best for Pair it with the usual healing partners, Self Care, Second Wind, Botany Knowledge and Hope, since all of them reward time spent healing. Think a Survivor who heals injured teammates next to a Generator rather than behind a wall.
