Our take
The moment the Exit Gates are powered, this perk hands out a permanent 5/6/7% Haste Status Effect, and it works for any Survivor. Nothing is required afterwards and it never switches off, which is also why it does nothing in the whole stretch of the match where the gates are not yet up.
How to use it Best for any plan that ends in a run to the gates. It does nothing in the mid game, where the Exit Gates are not yet powered.
Best for It finishes the same movement plan as Kindred, Reassurance, Adrenaline and Sprint Burst, all of which get you to a place faster. The right pick is any survivor whose last minutes are a race.
