Unlocks potential in your Aura-reading ability.
Whenever any Survivor is hooked, Kindred activates and applies the following effects:
- The Aura of the Killer is revealed to all Survivors whenever the Killer comes within 8/12/16 metres of the Hook.
- If you are the Hooked Survivor, the Auras of all Survivors are revealed to each other.
- If you are not the Hooked Survivor, the Auras of all other Survivors are only revealed to you.

Our take
Each hook, anywhere on the map, shows the Killer's Aura to the whole team whenever the Killer closes to 8/12/16 metres of that Hook. What you personally get depends on your role: the hooked player sees every other Survivor, everyone else sees the team privately.
How to use it Only your teammates standing near your Hook benefit, so a lone Survivor gets nothing from it. It also never switches off and costs you nothing, so there is little reason to leave it.
Best for Eyes of Belmont and Open-Handed widen the Aura reads this perk relies on, and Borrowed Time and Shoulder the Burden are the two ways to make sure somebody is still on that Hook for them to matter.
