Our take
Completing a Generator lights a random Dull Totem and curses the Obsession, cutting their Repair speed by 27/30/33% and showing them the Aura of that Totem within 12 metres. It lands on one person, and it needs a Dull Totem to light, so a map stripped of them leaves the perk with nothing to do.
How to use it Your build wants this when you have an Obsession whose repair speed matters. Skip it for a match with no repairs, because a completed Generator is the only trigger.
Best for It is aimed at whoever is carrying Prove Thyself or Brutal Strength, both of which lean on repair speed. The right pick is a killer who wants one specific teammate to fall behind on every Generator.
