This description is based on the changes announced for or featured in the upcoming Patch 8.4.0One can always rely on the avarice of the living and use it to one's advantage.
Grants the ability to kick opened Chests and close them.
- The Auras of unopened Chests are revealed to you at all times.
- The Auras of Survivors coming within 8 metres of unopened or closed Chests are revealed to you for 3 seconds.
Human Greed has a cool-down of 30/25/20 seconds on the ability to kick Chests.

Aura perk. Aura perks reveal or hide Auras (visual indicators of Survivor or object locations). The meta game of aura reading is core to DBD.
How to use it Human Greed is most useful in the early game when Survivors are spread across the map. Use the aura info to cut off rotations and force bad chases.
Best for Killers with strong tracking instincts or Survivors who want to play the aura-hiding game.
