Our take
Getting stunned by a Survivor turns that Survivor Exposed for 10/15/20 seconds, which is a punishment aimed straight back at whoever stunned you. A cool-down of 20 seconds limits it, and nothing else in the perk offers anything for being stunned.
How to use it It pays off if your team stuns on purpose, since the Exposed lands on the stunner. A match without a single stun never triggers it.
Best for It is a direct answer to Decisive Strike, Iron Will, Lithe and Adrenaline, all of which reach for the same stun moment. The right pick is a killer who expects to be stunned and wants the stun to cost something.
