Our take
Hitting a Survivor who is not your Obsession adds a Token, up to 6/7/8, and each one shaves 4% off your Basic Attack cool-down for a maximum of 24/28/32%. Landing a Basic or Special Attack on the Obsession costs 2 Tokens, and their sacrifice or death freezes whatever you have built.
How to use it Leaving the Obsession alone is the whole game, since 2 Tokens vanish every time you hit them. Drop this when the plan is to down the Obsession early instead.
Best for Bamboozle and Enduring deal with the moment a Survivor fights back. Spirit Fury fits the same plan of keeping the chase on your terms.
