Dying Light
This isn't a man... - Dr Sam Loomis
Description
Each time you hook a Survivor other than your Obsession, you gain +1 Token:
- For as long as the Obsession is alive, all other Survivors suffer from a stack-able 2/2.5/3 % per Token Action Speed penalty to Repairing, Healing, and Sabotaging, up to a maximum of 22/27.5/33 % or 11 Tokens.
- The Obsession is unaffected by this penalty and instead granted a permanent +33 % Action Speed bonus to Unhooking and Healing other Survivors.
You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

Our take
Each time you hook a Survivor other than your Obsession you gain +1 Token, and every Token costs all other Survivors a stackable 2/2.5/3% Action Speed penalty to Repairing, Healing and Sabotaging, up to 22/27.5/33% or 11 Tokens, while the Obsession gains a permanent +33% on Unhooking and Healing. The penalty only exists while the Obsession is alive.
How to use it Take it when you can set an Obsession early enough to matter. Hold it without one, because the Obsession bonus never lands.
Best for It sits most naturally next to Agitation and Alien Instinct. Bring it when you want everyone except one Survivor slowed down, which makes the Obsession your only clean rescue target.
