Hysteria
Sorry I got a little jumpy there. Didn't know quite what to expect. - Robert Kendo
Description
You know how to brutalise one member of a team to cause a panic.
Whenever you put a healthy Survivor into the Injured State, all injured Survivors suffer from the Oblivious Status Effect for 20/25/30 seconds.
Hysteria has a cool-down of 30 seconds.

Our take
Taking a healthy Survivor down to the Injured State leaves every injured Survivor Oblivious for 20/25/30 seconds, and it has a 30 second cool-down. The effect targets the already hurt rather than the one you just hit, so a team sitting at Injured pays for every fresh injury you add.
How to use it Best against a team already carrying injuries. A healthy team gets nothing from it, since the Oblivious needs someone injured to land on.
Best for There are no partner perks listed here, so pick it on the shape of the effect rather than a synergy. It suits a killer whose plan is to keep the same survivors hurt instead of swapping them out.
