Your dreadful aura is so suffocating that even terrifying scenes tire your prey.
When a Survivor scares off a Crow within 36 metres of your location, Languid Touch activates:
- Causes that Survivor to suffer from the Exhausted Status Effect for 6/8/10 seconds.
Languid Touch has a cool-down of 5 seconds.

Our take
Crows are the trigger: a Survivor who scares one off within 36 metres of you is Exhausted for 6/8/10 seconds without knowing where it came from. It needs no direct action from you, and the 5 second cool-down means it fires often, but the target can be anyone nearby, not the one you chose.
How to use it Point this at maps where Crows sit between you and your target, since the trigger is proximity to the bird rather than a direct hit. Useless on a map with no Crows around you.
Best for Dark Sense and A Nurse's Calling are the two obvious slotmates, since a 6/8/10 second Exhaustion stops either of them doing anything. Bloodhound and Beast of Prey fill the same role.
