Blood shows up in bright red on your screen and each Pool of Blood stays trackable for 2/3/4 seconds longer than it normally would. It reads a trail rather than a player, and the bonus is measured in seconds of extra tracking, not in distance.
How to use it Earns its place on a match that has produced enough injury to lay a trail, since the extra 2/3/4 seconds is what makes following it useful. On a clean match it has nothing to show.
