Our take
Being blinded by any means, from a Killer or anyone else, grants 6/8/10% Haste for 10 seconds. The window is short, so the Haste is only useful if the blind happens where you need to run.
How to use it Fits any plan involving a Flashlight or a Killer blind, since both count. Dead weight in a match with nothing that can blind you.
Best for Lithe and Sprint Burst are the other two Haste sources, and they trigger on movement rather than on a blind. Adrenaline and Hope fit a loadout built around getting out of a hook.
