Our take
Your base Terror Radius runs 6/7/8 metres bigger all Trial, but every moment you are not in a Chase with a Survivor it shrinks by 12/14/16 metres. The small radius is the real effect, since most of a match is spent outside a chase.
How to use it Use it if you want to be heard when you commit and silent when you do not. Against a team that hides and repairs, the reduced radius does most of the work.
Best for Lithe and Sprint Burst are built to escape a Terror Radius that suddenly grows, and Windows of Opportunity punishes the Survivors who rely on a quiet approach. All three answer the chase half.
