Stun the Killer by any means and your Scratch Marks, Pools of Blood and Grunts of Pain all disappear for the next 5/6/7 seconds, so the hit you just landed leaves no trail. The window is short and it does nothing at all if you never stun.
How to use it Only pays off if you stun often, since 5/6/7 seconds is enough to break a chase line. Drop it in a Trial where you are carried and never get the chance.
Best for Decisive Strike is the obvious partner because this rewards a stun, and Lithe and Adrenaline fit the same escape plan. Iron Will is the quieter alternative to all three.
