Our take
Land a Basic Attack and you pick up 5% Haste for 8/9/10 seconds, which is the whole value of the perk. The cost is stated plainly: you can no longer gain the Bloodlust Status Effect at all.
How to use it Every connected hit refreshes the Haste, which suits a killer who lands Basic Attacks often. Not worth a slot when Bloodlust is the effect you actually want from a chase.
Best for Agitation rewards the same thing, staying in the chase rather than walking away. Thanatophobia covers the Survivors you leave injured behind.
