When carrying a Survivor, Starstruck activates:
- Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect while in your Terror Radius.
- The Status Effect lingers for 26/28/30 seconds after leaving your Terror Radius.
After hooking or dropping the carried Survivor, Starstruck deactivates:
- The Status Effect persists for 26/28/30 seconds for any Survivor inside your Terror Radius at that moment.
Starstruck has a cool-down of 60 seconds once the Survivor is no longer being carried.

Our take
Pick up a Survivor and everyone inside your Terror Radius suffers from the Exposed Status Effect, which lingers 26/28/30 seconds after they leave. The show ends the moment you hook or drop the carried Survivor, then the perk sits on a 60 second cool-down.
How to use it Strongest on a Killer who reliably gets a carry and wants the whole team marked at once. Worthless in stretches with no pickups, because carrying a Survivor is the only trigger.
Best for Agitation and Awakened Awareness both reward a pickup-based kit, and Alien Instinct covers the approach. Goes with a game plan that starts on the hook rather than in the chase.
