Stridor makes the Grunts of Pain of injured Survivors 30/40/50% louder and regular Survivor breathing 15/20/25% louder. Both are pure volume changes, so nothing about the sounds changes beyond how far they carry.
How to use it Easy to slot into a build you already trust, since there is no trigger to set up and nothing to manage. The injured half is the louder of the two.
Best for A Nurse's Calling and Ace in the Hole chase the same information, and Adrenaline is the fourth option in that slot. Choose it when hearing who is in pain matters more to you than seeing them.
