Our take
Dropping a Pallet grants 10/12.5/15 Haste Status Effect for 3 seconds, and the Pallet is immediately reset and blocked for 60 seconds. That reset is the real reward, and it also costs you 60 seconds of cool-down on the perk afterwards.
How to use it Every drop costs a full minute of Pallet access and a minute of cool-down, so it suits a build that treats pallets as a resource to spend. Hold it if your plan is to save them.
Best for Cross-Examination and Lithe are the other Haste picks, and Lend a Hand and Kindred round out the four. It rewards a plan that keeps vaults coming rather than saving a pallet.
