Finish healing a teammate and they get 12/14/16% faster Blessing, Cleansing, Healing and Unlocking until something damages them again. The buff covers four different actions but has no timer, and any hit wipes it instantly, so its value depends on what they do next rather than how long they last.
How to use it A teammate who heals first and then keeps working gets the most out of it, since the speed bonus carries into whatever they pick up next. It is wasted on someone who takes a hit in the first few seconds.
