There is an intrinsic energy in you that sees beyond your vision.
After cleansing or blessing a Totem, Clairvoyance activates:
- While empty-handed, press and hold the Use Item button to unlock your full Aura-reading potential for up to 8/9/10 seconds, allowing you to see the Auras of the following environmental objects within 64 metres:
- Chests
- Exit Gate Switches
- Generators
- Hatch
- Hooks

Our take
Cleansing or blessing a Totem lets you hold Use Item while empty-handed to read the Auras of Chests, Exit Gate Switches, Generators, the Hatch and Hooks within 64 metres for up to 8/9/10 seconds. An Item in your hand ends that window.
How to use it Take it when your build leaves your hands empty. Hold it in an Item-carrying build, since the reading is locked behind an empty hand for its full duration.
Best for Dark Sense and A Nurse's Calling read the Killer from the other end, and Bloodhound and Beast of Prey are the other pairings. Clairvoyance suits a survivor who has just cleared a Totem and wants map-wide information.
