A Boon that offers comfort amidst the terror.
Press and hold the Active Ability button on a Dull or Hex Totem to bless it and create a Boon Totem.
Soft chimes ring out in a radius of 24 metres.
All Survivors benefit from the following effects when inside the Boon Totem's radius:
- Increases the Altruistic Healing speeds by 50/75/100 % when not using a Med-Kit.
- If a Survivor is injured, their Aura is revealed to all other Survivors.
Survivors can only be affected by one instance of Boon: Circle of Healing at a time.
Only one Totem can be blessed by your Boon Perks at a time and all of their effects are active on the same Boon Totem.

Our take
Bless a Dull or Hex Totem and every Survivor inside its 24 metre radius heals others 50/75/100% faster, provided they are not using a Med-Kit, and anyone injured has their Aura shown to their teammates. The boost is gone the moment you pick up a Med-Kit, and only one Totem can carry your Boon Perks.
How to use it Only worth it if the team will actually gather somewhere, because the benefit only exists inside 24 metres of a blessed Totem. The Med-Kit exclusion means it does nothing for anyone healing themselves with a kit.
Best for Its partners, Self Care, Second Wind, Botany Knowledge and Hope, all sit comfortably with an Altruistic healing build. It works when a group plans to keep treating each other in one place.
