Our take
The first time a Survivor loses a Health State, Gearhead switches on for 30 seconds, and inside that window any Survivor landing a Good Skill Check on a Generator has their Aura revealed to you for 6/7/8 seconds. The 30 seconds are not renewable during the same window, and it only tracks repair Skill Checks.
How to use it Best picked for early pressure, right after a hit lands. Poor value late, since the activation is tied to a Health State being lost.
Best for It is another Aura read, sitting alongside Dark Sense, A Nurse's Calling, Bloodhound and Beast of Prey. The right pick is a killer who wants to know who is repairing rather than where the generator is.
