Our take
Healthy runners are silent, so a Killer closing in on a full-health you gets no audio cue at all. A Rush Vault costs you the effect for 28/24/20 seconds, and the moment you are injured it stops applying anyway.
How to use it Slot this in when you plan to run healthy for most of the match, and keep Rush Vaults rare so the 28/24/20 second lockout rarely bites. It is dead the second you get hit.
Best for Nothing here helps unless you stay uninjured, and Self-Care and Second Wind are the two that do that. Hope and Botany Knowledge run on the same assumption, which is a long healthy stretch.
