Description
Big moments are vital, but you know that sometimes an understated read can be just as powerful.
Whenever you are in the Injured State, Plot Twist activates:
- While crouching and motionless, press the Active Ability button to silently enter the Dying State with the following benefits:
- Suppresses Grunts of Pain.
- Suppresses Pools of Blood.
- Grants the ability to fully recover from the Dying State.
- After full recovery using Plot Twist, you are healed instantly and gain a +50 % Haste Status Effect for 2/3/4 seconds.
Plot Twist deactivates after recovering yourself by any means and reactivates once more once the Exit Gates are powered.

Our take
Crouching still while Injured, the Active Ability button drops you silently into the Dying State, suppressing Grunts of Pain and Pools of Blood and letting you fully recover. Full recovery instantly heals you and grants 50% Haste for 2/3/4 seconds, and the perk switches off after you recover by any means.
How to use it Crouching still and motionless is the requirement, so it only works when the Killer has already lost track of you. Remember it returns just once more after the gates power.
Best for Botany Knowledge is the natural match, since both reward staying quiet while injured. Second Wind gives you a second way back up if the first one is spent.
