A chance for renewed power down where danger calls home.
When you are in the Basement, Strength in Shadows activates:
- Unlocks the Strength in Shadows ability, allowing you to self-heal without needing a Med-Kit at 70% of the normal Healing speed.
- Upon finishing a heal in the Basement, the Aura of the Killer is revealed to you for 6/8/10 seconds.

Our take
Down in the Basement, Strength in Shadows lets you self-heal without a Med-Kit, though only at 70% of the normal Healing speed. Finishing that heal reveals the Killer's Aura for 6/8/10 seconds, and none of it works above ground.
How to use it Only makes sense if you expect to spend time hooked or left below, because that is the single place it does anything. On a match with no Basement time it is an empty slot.
Best for Botany Knowledge handles your normal heals and Resurgence covers the pickup, which leaves Bond for the social half. The pick for a Survivor who knows they are going to the Basement.
