Urban Evasion raises your Crouching Movement speed by 90/95/100%. That number applies only while you are crouched, so any time spent standing or walking upright is not covered by it at all.
How to use it Suits a build that crouches through loops and quiet corners. A Survivor who sprints in a straight line gets nothing from it.
Best for Lithe, Sprint Burst, Adrenaline and Hope are the four speed slots, and only Urban Evasion keeps the gain while crouched. The right fit for a build that prefers quiet movement to burst speed.
