There is a voice that doesn't use words. Listen.. - Sassy, The Lost Tapes
Description
An unnatural tingle warns you of impending doom.
Whenever the Killer is within 36 metres of your location and looking at you with a clear Line of Sight, Spine Chill activates:
- Warns of the Killer's proximity and their potential awareness of your location by lighting its icon.
- Increases your Action speeds for Blessing, Cleansing, Gate-Opening, Healing, Repairing, Sabotaging, Unhooking, and Unlocking by 2/4/6%.
- This effect lingers for 0.5 seconds after the Killer loses Line of Sight or exits the Activation range.

Our take
Whenever the Killer is within 36 metres and looking straight at you, Spine Chill lights its icon and speeds up Blessing, Cleansing, Gate-Opening, Healing, Repairing, Sabotaging, Unhooking and Unlocking by 2/4/6%. The warning needs a clear Line of Sight, and the speed lingers 0.5 seconds after they look away.
How to use it Gives warning without turning around, but only when the Killer already has a clear Line of Sight. The 2/4/6% is small enough that a damage buffer is often the better fourth slot.
Best for Botany Knowledge and Second Wind fit the same slot as a damage buffer, since the extra speed helps you finish a heal or a Generator faster. Self-Care and Unbreakable are the pairings if you are the rescue.
