Our take
Visionary shows you the Auras of Generators within 32 metres at all times. Each completed Generator switches it off for 20/18/16 seconds, so the read disappears exactly when you are moving between the last objectives.
How to use it Earns its slot early, when the map is still full of unrepaired Generators, and goes quiet as the count drops. It is a routing tool rather than a late game one.
Best for Prove Thyself and Blast Mine are the other two generator options, and neither one tells you where the work is. The slot for a Survivor who navigates by Generator rather than by map.
