Our take
Healing a dying Survivor increases your Healing speed by +100%, and anyone you bring back to the Injured State is granted the Endurance Status Effect for 6/8/10 seconds. Endurance can only be triggered once every 30 seconds, so a second rescue inside that window gets the speed but not the boost.
How to use it It goes in a build built around picking people off the hook. It only matters for whoever is doing the healing, not for anyone else.
Best for Three of the four options, Self-Care, Second Wind and Botany Knowledge, sit beside it, with Unbreakable also available in that slot. Nothing else in that slot matters as much to a duo that revives constantly.
