Our take

Every Skill Check you land while healing a teammate adds 1 Token, up to 3/4/5, and Good Healing Skill Checks then pay +15% at two Tokens and +30% at three, up to +60% on five. The price is that Great Healing Skill Checks are suppressed, and none of it works while you are healing with a Med-Kit.

How to use it Hold it off if you rely on Great Healing Skill Checks for speed, since the perk removes that outcome. And it is dead weight on a build whose heals come from a Med-Kit.

Best for Autodidact rewards the healer in a full healing build, and the partners listed here are Self Care, Second Wind, Botany Knowledge and Hope. The scenario it is built for is a long heal where your Skill Checks keep failing.
