Deliverance
I was raised by a strict man who taught me how to make the best of a bad situation. - Adam Francis
Description
This description is based on the changes announced for or featured in the upcoming Patch 2.2.0After safely unhooking another Survivor, Deliverance activates:
- Grants the ability to perform a successful Self-Unhook at any point during the first Hook Stage.
- Causes the Broken Status Effect for 100/80/60 seconds after unhooking yourself.
Deliverance cannot be used during the second Hook Stage or if you are hooked as the Last Survivor Standing.

Our take
Hook perk. Hook perks trigger on hook events - either for the Killer (more pressure on hooked Survivors) or for the Survivor (extra chance to escape the hook).
How to use it Hook perks are most powerful in the early game when Survivors are more spread out. A hook on one side of the map forces the others to rotate.
Best for Killers who want to leverage the hook state for map pressure or Survivors who want a hook escape.
