Breakdown
Charge from the Belly of the Beast. Here's a sketch/painting on a piece of wood I saw by the side of this road. I felt like it got a story to tell. And it didn't waste its second chance. - Jeff, ink and oil wash on slice of wood, 12x16

Our take
Every time you are unhooked, or you unhook yourself, the Killer's Aura is revealed to you for 4/5/6 seconds and the Hook breaks on the spot. The broken Hook is out of the map for 180 seconds before it respawns, so the rescue spot you just took is gone for everyone for a good while.
How to use it The obvious pick if you are the one taking the hook, so the Killer's position comes free with the rescue. The 180 second respawn is the cost, and it applies whether you unhooked yourself or someone else did it.
Best for Every partner here, Borrowed Time, Kindred, Lucky Break and For the People, belongs to a rescue build. A rescuer who wants the Killer's position after every save is the one carrying this.
