- Reduces their Healing speed by 30/40/50 %.
- Increases the Rotation speed of Healing Skill Checks by +50 %.

Every Survivor inside your Terror Radius heals 30/40/50% slower, and the rotation of their Healing Skill Checks speeds up by +50%. Both effects only apply inside the radius, and the penalties are fixed rather than stacking.
How to use it Take it against a team that plans to heal while you are close. Leave it if they will not be near you, because nothing outside the Terror Radius is touched.
Best for Self-Care, Second Wind, Botany Knowledge and Hope all work here, and every one of them runs into the slower Healing speed. Coulrophobia is the pick for making every heal on the board feel contested.
