A deep bond with The Entity unlocks great strength.
After hooking a Survivor, Pop Goes the Weasel activates for 35/40/45 seconds.
Perform the Damage Generator action while Pop Goes the Weasel is active to benefit from the following effect:
- Instantly regresses the damaged Generator by -20% of its current Progression.
Pop Goes the Weasel deactivates after the Generator is damaged or once the timer runs out.
Our take
Hook someone and the perk arms itself for 35/40/45 seconds, during which damaging a Generator instantly knocks it back by 20% of its current Progression. The window closes the moment the Generator is damaged, so a hook thrown away from any progress can leave the perk spent with nothing to show.
How to use it Hook, then walk to the nearest Generator and damage it before the timer runs out. A hook thrown far from any progress wastes the window.
Best for Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance pairs cleanly, since it also punishes a hook by taking progress away. Corrupt Intervention and Eruption handle the other half of the job, keeping Survivors off the objective.
